The annual General Meeting of ROCA was held on 4th November 2022 at Retired Armed Forces Officers Welfare Association Club (RAOWA) Club, Dhaka. At the same time, the new executive committee took over the charge of ROCA. Nur E Alam Siddique, Joint General Secretary of the last committee conducted the session. Osman Gani, treasurer of the outgoing committee, presented the ROCA account in the meeting. Outgoing General Secretary Noor E Alam (Jewel) and President Professor Dr. Md. Rahmat Ullah delivered their speech. The new president, Brigadier General Ehteshamul Hoque (Rtd), donated ten lakhs Taka to the ROCA Fund on this occasion.
